Kristi is a native of Ogallala, Nebraska.  She achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Nebraska in 1987.  She was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska, College of Law in 1992.  Kristi was active in the Kearney Community with Leadership Kearney and on the United Way Board of Directors.  She was a Vice President of Rotary Club,  a Mock Trial Coach, and was active in the Community Theatre in Kearney and North Platte.   She is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association and in the Divorce Section of the Bar.  Kristi attended mediation school at Colorado University in Denver and she is a trained mediator. 

Kristi's practice is almost exclusively in the area of divorce and family law.  She represents parents in custody and visitation matters;  business owners and their spouses in marriage dissolution actions;  and handles every kind of domestic, support, marital and family law matter that arises in Nebraska law.  She believes that no matter who we are, where we come from or how much money we make, family is our most valued and precious gift.  When change is necessary in marriage, divorce, paternity, adoption, protection matters or other family circumstances, clients want a lawyer in their corner and at their side that is patient, caring and knowledgeable to guide them through the process.
